All Things Ballet

Since seeing my friend in the 1940's adaptation of Cinderella by Matthew Bourne at Saddlers Wells , I have become fixated on all things ballet, and now that Darren Aronofsky's  Black Swan has earned 5 Oscar Nominations, one going to Natalie Portman for Best Actress, I imagine I'm not going to be the only one thinking about softer edges for 2011. With Karl Largerfeld at Chanel and Sarah Burton at McQueen both putting tutu'esque shapes down the runway for Spring/Summer 2011, ballet fever is well and truly fuelled
